How do I enable Multifactor Authentication (MFA)?

1. Log in to your RSAC™ Membership account on the web app. (Just a heads up: MFA can only be enabled in the web app.)

2. Click your name, then select Profile & Settings.

3. Go to Account Settings and click Enable MFA.

5. Enter your email address and password, then click Continue. (If you need to reset your password, do so on the original login page before clicking Enable MFA.)

6. Select Yes – Enable MFA on my account and click Continue.

7. Open the Microsoft Authenticator app to scan the QR code. (We recommend Microsoft Authenticator, but feel free to use any other authenticator you prefer, like Google or Okta.)

8. Once you’ve added RSAC Member MFA to your authenticator, click Continue.

MFA 6

9. Enter the authentication code from your chosen app and click Verify.

After verification, you’ll be returned to the Profile & Settings page. You can disable MFA anytime if you need to, and moving forward, you’ll be asked for an authentication code each time you log in to your RSAC account.
