How do I disable Multifactor Authentication (MFA)?

 

1. Log in to your RSAC™ Membership account on the web app. (Just a heads up: MFA can only be disabled in the web app.)

2. Click your name, then select Profile & Settings.

3. Go to Account Settings and click Disable MFA.

4. Click Let’s Go!

5. Enter your email address and password, then click Continue. (If you need to reset your password, do so on the original login page before clicking Enable MFA.)

6. Select No – Disable MFA on my account and click Continue.

7.  Once you have clicked Continue, you’ll be returned to the Profile & Settings page. You can reenable MFA anytime if you need to.
